We collect what you choose to send us by email or through our booking page, plus standard privacy-respecting website analytics. The in-browser demo and tie-out scanner process your files locally on your device — we never receive, store, or see those files.
Email and bookings. Your name, email address, and what you tell us about your workflow when you email us or book a call — used to respond to your request, route it to the right service lane, and follow up. Email and scheduling run on Microsoft 365.
Analytics. Standard usage data (pages viewed, referrer, browser type, approximate location) via our analytics providers.
Demo files. None. The demo runs entirely client-side in your browser; file contents are not transmitted to any server.
We don't sell personal information. We don't use your data or files to train AI models. We don't send marketing email beyond what you asked for (waitlist members get MSOFlow access and pricing updates only).
We share data only with the service providers that run this site and our communications (hosting, analytics, email, and scheduling), under their own privacy terms, and where required by law.
We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your inquiry and reasonable business records. Email matt@atvisor.cpa to access, correct, or delete your information, or to unsubscribe at any time.
